  Never had a problem with this place. My order is always right, ready for me to grab when I get there (even on my big orders) and the workers have always been super friendly!

  Stayed a week in Madison/Jackson, Mississippi attending a conference. My hotel was located next to the Starbucks in Madison. An employee by the name of James, provided me with outstanding customer service the entire week. He exhibited excellent knowledge of the store products and he helped to make my visit to the city a pleasure. Starbucks is blessed to have him as a team member! Thank you James for your kindness, knowledge and excellent customer service.

  Quality of product was excellent. Employee was slow and talking to an employee while preparing drink. Did not say thank you for coming in and come back to see us. Grade: C-

  I walked in, and i was literally the only customer there. It took them 5 minutes to actually acknowledge me. I ordered my drink and it took them an HOUR. Im not sure why it took so long but whenever i got it it was literally chocolate water with whip cream. I didn’t see then make it and just set it somewhere but i could be wrong, i was just trying to be patient since some of the workers might be new but god i will never come here again lmao.
